Having recently stayed at Das 3917 for New Year's, my wife and I were delighted with the large chalet featuring a cozy fireplace and private sauna, making us feel truly at home. The butler provided excellent service, catering to all our needs and preferences, which my wife is particularly discerning about. The convenient location near a ski lift added to the overall appeal of the hotel. The attentive and friendly staff added to the charm of the hotel, always ready to assist with a smile. The property's stylish design, combining comfort and modernity, created a welcoming ambiance that we appreciated after a day of skiing.For those seeking a winter getaway for snowboarding in Erciyes, Das 3917 is a top choice. With rental services available at Das Apres and easy access to the ski gates, the hotel ensures a seamless and enjoyable experience. The cozy and natural design of the building, coupled with the delectable meals and helpful staff, make this hotel a standout option for a memorable stay in Erciyes. From the comfortable room with fantastic views to the brilliant food and friendly staff, every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations. Despite the language barrier, the staff went out of their way to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The complimentary shuttle service to the ski fields was a convenient perk, although not always punctual. We are already planning our next visit to this charming hotel.
